“Mango” - Vibrant Villa Yards from BEACH at Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa

Perfectly nice, well maintained condo in a pleasant setting very close to a nice restaurant and the beach Unfortunately, the beautiful beach is crowded near the rental by cruise passengers ferried over from the cruise terminal by the hundreds twice a day. Happily no music or noise. It's a quiet place despite the cruisers.

This villa is very nice! It was clean and obviously well cared for. It was also stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay at the beach. I read everything in the info packet, which led me to some great restaurants. The property manager, Amelia, immediately answered any question I had, from the moment I booked the trip to the day I left. I am very impressed with her. She helped arrange my transfer from St. Kitts airport to the villa, and also left me some breakfast items, which was very thoughtful. Things to know: the internet/wifi is glitchy. You can't really walk to anywhere else, you have to travel by car. Not because things are too far away (there are plenty of other places within 4 miles including Pinneys Beach and Charlestown), but rather because it is not walker friendly (Amelia did warn me) I decided to get around by taxi. Taxis are easy to get, but in hind sight I should have rented a car. It would have given better options to explore more of the island. I felt a bit trapped without one. The weather was perfect, partly cloudy, warm, humid with an occasional short lived rain shower that wasn't bothersome. Another thing I was warned about: May is VERY quiet, and not everything is open or available. I didn't realize it would be SO dead quiet. It was eerie. Over 4 days I counted less than 10 other people at the villa, and usually had the beach to myself. BTW-I am female in my 50s, and didn't feel unsafe anywhere on Nevis, not once.

Stayed end of April 2025. Couldn’t have been more pleased with location, price and amenities. Already had some food and drinks readily available inside unit. Literally just steps from Yachtman’s grill and even shorter to quiet, quiet beach. Spacious and easily accessible to almost every location on island, it was perfect spot. We did get hit up a couple times on beach by timeshare sales peeps but once they understood we were in private rental, they gave up. Our host was absolutely amazing and please give this location very strong consideration if choosing a location in Nevis.

This property is beautiful and comfortable. It's the best equipped/stocked unit we have ever been in. Amelia and Chevy were wonderful on the ground hosts, and very responsive with our questions or requests. The unit also has excellent lighting in every room - which was a big plus for my senior mother. The location on the island is good, and the location on the beach is even better. We were there in the off season in early November and were pleased at how uncrowded the complex and beach were. There are always trade-offs with any location. The unit's location was best for getting to the beach, onsite restaurant or our car. However, this came with some extra noise, as the pathway to the restaurant is right outside the unit. And, the unit's two bedrooms face the small parking area, which was always busy. None of this noise was terribly bothersome for too long at any given time. Our timing was a bit unfortunate in one regard - there was unexpected construction on several units close by that lasted the entire duration of our stay. I am sure that is not the norm. It did make it impossible for an afternoon siesta and woke us up early most mornings. The owners did everything they could to curtail this. Overall, a great place, with much to offer and wonderful people. There's much to be said for staying right on a lovely, uncrowded beach. And the space and decor of the unit are excellent. The grounds are very well kept and we felt safe and secure for the entire stay. The arrival dock right at the property also made the trip over from St. Kitts very easy and convenient. Nevis is a wonderful, friendly island, with good food, interesting history and as much or as little as anyone would like to do. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay!
