ACCOMMODATION :
Situated 4 minutes from Futuroscope but in the peace and quiet of unspoilt countryside, Haut Fontaine opens its gîte and two independent mini houses to you, included in a former family wine estate that has remained in the same family for 5 generations.
In a beautiful private garden, 3 historic farm buildings:
- 1 independent gîte for 4/5 people
- 2 separate bedrooms, each sleeping 2
- 1 large communal living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and small lounge.
This listing covers the self-contained gîte, which sleeps up to 4 adults and one child under 10.
Quiet and green, you can relax after a day at the Futuroscope, enjoying the garden and its sofas, the cool and pleasant rooms, (beams, exposed stone ...).
Open the door to the estate. You're welcome in your own home.
Access to the accommodation is via a secure key box. A personal code will allow you to arrive independently from 5pm.
Gite facilities :
- Private entrance with key
- Ground floor: a sofa that can be converted into 1 comfortable double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge that can be used independently or in conjunction with the adjacent large communal room, a television,
- 1st floor: 2 single beds (90cm) that can be combined to form a double bed (180cm), a shower room with jet shower, separate WC,
- and above, a small mezzanine with a bed for a child under 10.
No wifi but good 5G coverage.

Poitiers, with its old town, magnificent Romanesque churches, restaurants and student life, 8 km away.
