Cape Winds Resort is a well maintained, OCEANFRONT complex located in Cape Canaveral between Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. The resort is steps from the beach and this unit is DIRECTLY OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN. You can easily join other beach lovers soaking up sun on the beach, frolicking in the waves or strolling the beach to the port or the Cocoa Beach Pier. From the beach, you even have a great view of the rocket launches. In addition to the ocean, the resort has a beautiful, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, charcoal BBQ, basketball court and 2 tennis/pickleball court. The resort is just minutes from grocery shopping and a short drive to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach where you explore local restaurants, bars and shops. Many of the bars offer music and dancing on the weekends. The resort is also an hour away from the entertainment parks in Orlando.
If you're looking for a beachy, classy ocean front condo, this two bedroom, two bathrooms with a double sized balcony is ideal. This third-floor unit has a breathtaking view of the ocean and a beautiful white sandy beach. You can see the ocean from every room except the bathrooms and second bedroom. The views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom will leave you speechless. Listening to the beach will wash away any stress. You can relax on the large, over-sized private balcony while overlooking the ocean and the voyages of the cruise ships. Comfortable chairs and outside dining table make the perfect place for a break from the ocean.

Outstanding host. Appreciated how nicely the condo was decorated with everything coordinated and very clean. From the art to the kitchenware and linens everything had been thoughtfully selected to enhance our stay.

Host was amazing and responsive. Condo met allOf our needs. Beds were extremely comfortable and Kitchen was well stocked. One of my favorite condos at Cape Winds!

This place is wonderful! Everything you need is here. Double balcony is perfect. Bed is super comfortable. Got to watch SpaceX launches from the beach. Super easy check in. Pool area is great. Easy access to the beach. Awesome view of the ocean ! One thing missing is the ships coming and going. We’ll be back next year and hope things are back up and running after covid. The property is well lite and very clean. When we arrived we were greeted by Jan who was doing her normal maintenance duties. Very pleasant and welcoming. This lady never stops ! From pulling weeds, washing all floors throughout the building and working on the club room. She’s amazing and definitely a plus to the resort ! She was always willing to help with any questions. Fred and Lisa are wonderful ! We will definitely be back !
