This fully air conditioned unit in Oakwater resort is a modern and stylish home away from home during your vacation.
The main living area boasts a huge tv, with extended cable, and free wifi. The room has comfortable, modern furniture and is decorated with neutral tones and a pop of color that offer a stylish and refreshing atmosphere. There is a great window seat, which is right beside the door to the screened in balcony. . High speed Internet access is included
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the other large and small appliances you need to be comfortable. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes are provided as well. The main area of the condo is open and bright, with the kitchen looking out over the dining room and living room. The dining area seats 6 with an additional 3 stools at the counter breakfast bar.
There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen tv and a full ensuite with a walk in shower. This bedroom has doors out to the screened in balcony. The queen bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single and a double(full) and another flat screen TV. These bedrooms share the hall bath.
A patio door from the living room leads onto a screened in balcony, from which you can enjoy a view of the Oakwater courtyard which is lush with vegetation and a great viewing area for birds and squirrels.. Oakwater Resort has a great, zero entry pool, a spa and a splash deck for the kids. There is a lovely lake with a walking trail, and fishing available! The gated resort also has an exercise room, games room, and tennis court, basketball court and sand volleyball court.
Oakwater resort, in addition to being close to Disney World, is also very close to all the other major theme parks and attractions. There are several golf course close by. The resort is located close to shopping and restaurants.

This was the perfect property for us. The host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely a perfect distance from the theme parks if you are going for that. A nice gated community super close to a lot of amenities and restaurants. We were hit with hurricane Milton while staying there and lost power for two days, which was fine and nothing the host would be able to do about that, however there were no flash lights in the house. So we did have a hard time those few days and had to go out and buy our own flash lights.

Fantastic location for Disney (was at Animal Kingdom in under 10 mins) and Universal. Great base with cooking/laundry facilities.
Clean, tidy apartment. Very nice gated resort - quiet.
Would certainly look at returning on next Florida trip.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice roomy condo. Easily accessible. The listing is very accurate. Quiet stay with neighbors very respectful of each other.Pool area was very relaxing and well maintained. Heated pool and splash pad worked well for us.Washer and dryer in the unit made our extended stay comfortable. Close to all Disney activities. Hwy 192 is very busy but if you relax and go with the flow it works just fine. No concerns that I would mention.
