Summerville Resort is a new and prestigious collection of town-home villas just 5 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World!
Be among the first to stay in this contemporary vacation rental with pristine finishes & amenities. No need to wait in line to shower here; each of the 3 bedrooms has its own attached bath. After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse.
BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.
COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed.
POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Wake up in a comfy bed after a restful night's sleep and get ready for the day—all 3 bedrooms at the villa have their own private bathroom. Squeeze in a workout at the Resort's fitness center, a few laps in the pool, and your first cup of coffee before the kids wake up.
Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 5 to 8 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Resort.
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Super Walmart just two blocks away, and a Super Target within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve, and a second dining table inside that's open to the kitchen.
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area for a movie on the SmartTV, take the kids for one more dip in the pool, or let them burn off the last of the day's energy on the Resort playground before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom.
Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning.
Guest Access
You have sole access to your entire two-story villa. At Summerville Resort, you will also have year-round access to a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on-track, and a kid's play area keeps the little ones occupied while you work out.
Our multilingual staff are on-hand to help your vacation run smoothly and we offer mail and package handling ($2 per package).

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Location was a good, close to Disney Theme parks and downtown Disney. Close to all types of restaurants and shopping. Very busy area and high traffic but then again anything close to Disney is. The condo is as described and photos are pretty accurate. The management team is quick to respond to any requests. However the flooring was not cleaned before our arrival. The ceramic floors were very dirty and should have been washed. Better attention is needed with cleaning before new quests arrive. We also did experience an issue with some cockroaches which unfortunately are common in Florida. Management sent out someone to deal with them and the unit next to us also experienced the same thing. The master bedroom is on the second floor faces a highway which sees a lot of noisy truck traffic. If you are a light sleeper ear plugs would be a good thing. The beds are firm for the most part but that is subjective. Pool area is nice and the resort is pet friendly and quiet. The condo was nice and spacious. Parking is very easy. We would stay there again.

Property was great with one exception. The sofa was broken, very uncomfortable. Reported to Management, and they came and measured it, so I advise an inquiry as to the replacement. Pool, exercise room, and other facilities were great.

Booking was simple, I didn't get any info about checking in until I inquired about it 3 days before our trip. The keypad on the door is difficult to operate as some of the numbers are stuck in. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom was off the track and once we put back on, that door could not be opened to tuen on the water without risk of it coming off again and breaking. There was trash from previous renters under the beds and behind a few dressers. The ac vents in the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms were closed making the rooms hot. AC wouldn't cool the the place off and we weren't allowed to set it lower than 72. The outside grills were full of trash as was the plastic bench out the front door.
The place seems very large and spacious in the photos online yet it is jot. The living room and dining room share a space. One small couch and 2 wicker chairs are not conducive for a townhome that sleeps 8-10 people. The pool is tiny, no pool towels at the pool and only 1 towel per person is provided. Along with 1 roll of tp per bathroom,1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwashing pod,1 laundry detergent pod. For 5 days,there should have been a lot more. I'm disappointed and we won't rent there,again.
