About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a renovated in 2017 historic brick house in the quiet village Broock, which is located between the cities Luebz (5 km) and Plau am See (10 km). Opposite in the village is an old stone church, which can be visited on request. It is only 2.2 km or 4 minutes by car to the bathing spot on Lake Kritzow.
The minimum rental period of the apartment is 2 days.
Exceptions to the seasons:
Summer holidays from 08. 07.-31. 08. 2019: 1 week.
The apartment has a parking space in front of the door and a separate entrance with 5 steps (not suitable for wheelchairs) and direct access via a staircase to the garden.
Our beautiful large garden is at your disposal and offers various seats, umbrellas and two comfortable garden chairs with cushions. A barbecue is available. On two fenced meadows often graze the 3 ponies of our neighbor (sh. Images).
The cozy living-bedroom with the old floorboard is bright and friendly furnished with solid wood furniture. The large double bed has a bedside table with lamp. In addition a sideboard and two-door wardrobe. The couch provides a cozy place to watch TV or relax.
In the hall there is a wardrobe, a shoe bench and as an additional storage space a large mirror cabinet with 6 compartments.
We offer free internet, 50 Mbps, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with a large table, 2 chairs, a 2-plate electric cooker, microwave with hot air and grill, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine (extra fee 3, - € incl. Washing powder), crockery and cutlery for 4 people.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower without step, vanity with 3-part mirror cabinet, toilet and natural light. Furthermore, a bathroom cabinet for towels, an ironing board with iron and a stool for sitting.
If desired, you can store your bikes in an extra lockable room. Bike rental on request!
The price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and all additional expenses such as electricity and water and central heating.
Activities: If you love water sports, then you can virtually swim in front of the door in the very clean Kritzowsee with bathhouse and lawn or live on Lake Plau in sailing, boating and canoeing and also for fishing offers the lake ideal conditions. Also popular are the tours around the Plauer See by bike or the round bus with an open top or hiking tours in the beautiful nature of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Nearby you will also find beautiful destinations such as the popular Bear Forest and Monkey Forest, a summer toboggan run, a new climbing park and a Schauimkerei, just to name a few. In the fall is mushroom season, here you can go mushroom picking in the woods near the apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier und haben uns sehr erholt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen und als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Fahrradtouren genutzt. Der große Garten mit wunderbarem Blick in die grüne Weite, der nahegelegengen See, der wunderbar zum Baden ist sind direkte Wohlfühlpunkte gewesen. Am Plauer See konnten wir Seeadler in Aktion in freier Natur sehen, was für ein Schauspiel. Jederzeit empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen kann. Der Garten ist traumhaft und lädt zu einigen gemütlichen, ruhigen Stunden ein. In der Umgebung sind tolle Ausflugsziele. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und herzlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Kleine , geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Exzellent ausgestattete Küche, nur ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, dafür eine Mikrowelle mit Heißluftbetrieb. Modernes schönes Bad. Super Betten. Gartenmitbenutzung ist erlaubt, es gibt eine eigene Terrasse für die Feriengäste mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Der Garten ist groß und grenzt an freie Landschaft mit traumhaftem Blick.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, helfen auch mit guten Tipps für Radtouren oder Ausflüge weiter. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist vorhanden.
Alles wunderbar, wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Broock.
Das Ankommen war herzlich und informativ. Für den Urlaub mit unserer zweijährigen war es genau das richtige. Der große Garten lädt zum Spielen oder Verweilen nach einem Ausflug ein.
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben alles gefunden was es so für das alltägliche benötigt. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist gegen Aufpreis vorhanden, das war uns vorab so nicht bewusst und ist vielleicht für den ein oder anderen interessant.
Immer wieder kamen wir mit unseren Gastgebern ins Gespräch und haben uns über Sehenswürdigkeiten, unsere Ausflüge oder anderes ausgetauscht.
Wir sind rundum glücklich mit der Wahl dieser Ferienwohnung.
