The owner does not acept company bookings. Overnight stays only allowed for tourist purposes. Single-family house "Alte Schmiede". 500 m from the centre of Kressin, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Goldberg, 20 km from the centre of Plau am See, 300 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 600 m2, garden with trees, meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Kressin" 300 m, grass beach 3 km, lake Penzliner See 3 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Wir konnten den anderen Bewertungen nicht so richtig glauben. Aber als wir dort angekommen waren, wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt: keine Telefonverbindung, keine Internetverbindung, kein WLAN. Nur bei gutem Wetter aus dem Dachfenster hatten wir dann die Möglichkeit eine instabile Verbindung herzustellen. Aber will man das nicht im Urlaub? Die totale Entschleunigung? Passt bei der Übergabe und speziell bei den Zählerständen auf: alle drei Zähler waren zu gering notiert.
