Clean, but most importantly it was warm during winter time. We had a late check in, oil heater was on which was very thoughtful thank you. Shower pressure was amazing and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a meal.
There wasn’t anything really, I couldn’t figure out how to put the lock box back up but that may have had something to do with it being frozen.

Clean, comfy, warm and private. AC not working but the heater did a good job keeping it warm. Bed was comfortable. Little kitchenette had everything you need. Walking distance to town. Plenty of space.
Nothing was plugged in. I had to pull the bed out to plug the lamps and the electric blanket in. The PowerPoint was directly behind the bed. The electric blankets didn’t work (I’m not a huge fan of them but they should be working). No heat lamp in the bathroom. No towel rail to hang the towels up just plastic hooks on the wall meaning the towel never dried because it was all folded on itself.

Cleanliness and location
Office not open until after 2 and closed at checkout. Shower leaked all over the floor. Small soap tube was empty. Sheets and pillowslips were not pressed wrinkled as if bed had been slept in.
