It would be useful to have an oven/grill for home cooking. A TV in the bedroom with smart tv useful too.

This property is amazing! It is so quiet with breathtaking views! It is situated only 30 minutes away from Verona and 15 minutes from Gardaland and Canova Resort. Also, so close to Lazise (a village next to the lake). So recommendable. The host was great and very friendly. Whatever we needed he helped us a lot!

Maybe a spare toilet would have been ideal.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Everything about this place is amazing. The view, the pool, the modern clean appartments and above all the owners who are very friendly and service oriented. They also own a restaurant not far from the villa with astonishing and very tasty traditional Italian food. We’ll come back next year for sure!

A lovely place for a family holiday. Great base to combine sightseeing with relaxing by the pool.

Perfect! Beautiful apartment with everything you could need plus gorgeous private balcony and shared pool. Davide was a great host, available without being obtrusive. Great location to visit Lake Garda and Verona with a day to Venice also easily managed.

Stunning apartment and pool!

Beautiful apartment! Very modern, clean and spacious with a gorgeous pool and gardens with an amazing view in an excellent location. Very helpful owner too! Highly recommend!

I can’t fault this apartment however if I’m being picky I didn’t realise you could hear the traffic from the motorway but the apartment is super quiet and the surrounds make up for it.

Excellent Stay

The property was wonderful. It was quiet and private, clean, safe/secure. Even though there were other guests in the other apartments, it was fine for us. The parking was good, but would've been nice to have just a little more space when it's a full house. I liked that the gate to the property was locked and secured. The grounds were great and spacious. The kids had a good time running around and exploring. The pool looked wonderful, but it was too cold for us to get in Everything was comfortable and had enough space for 5 of us. The host was amazing! He was easy to contact and work with, check in was seamless and quick and he surprised us by coming back with discount coupons for Gardaland after we mentioned that's where we were headed the next day.

Only a couple of very minor downfalls. None of them actually affected us or made us unhappy. I am only mentioning them just in case they would be something of a decision maker for others. When we thought about using the pull out couch, we noticed that it was very dirty under the cushions of the couch. I think from crumbs, etc of people sitting on the couch. The bed itself was not dirty but, I would suggest doing a quick check and vacuum between stays. If there are guests upstairs, it can be a little loud when they move chairs around. It didn't bother us, but it could others. And the living room/kitchen area can be cramped when wanting to watch TV as family. Again we made do and it was fine, but others may find it too small for their comfort. We just moved the table and chairs around and made more space fo ourselves.

Heerlijk verblijf! Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Lokatie is perfect, mooi uitzicht op het meer, rustgevend. Geweldig zwembad. David, de eigenaar is heel toegankelijk, lost alles snel op. Onze auto was kapot gegaan, mochten we gewoon zijn auto gebruiken!! Ook hadden we opeens een wespennest, kwam hij ‘s morgens meteen verdelgen.

We misten een plaats op het mooi grote perceel waar je kunt bbqen, dat zou echt fijn zijn!

Fantastisch

Onze eerste reis naar het buitenland, meteen een perfect verblijf, De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep zeer goed, het verblijf zelf was perfect met alle faciliteiten! Alles was aanwezig, je ziet dat het een recent modern verblijf is. We hebben genoten van alle rust in dit verblijf en komen zeker eens terug :)

Als er bovenburen waren die luid zijn, hoor je dit wel goed, dit was soms wel jammer, maar de eigenaars zoeken goed mee naar oplossingen of spreken de mensen aan dit was wel fijn!

Séjour très agréable

Le logement était très agréable, la climatisation et la piscine très appréciables avec les grosses chaleurs de notre séjour, l'abri pour la voiture aussi. L'appartement est très confortable et nous avons apprécié la petite buanderie pour faire les lessives. Location très sécurisée.

Gita a Gardaland e dintorni

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e ben organizzati, i letti molto comodi. Il luogo è tranquillo e ben mantenuto. Il giardino e il prato sono meravigliosi e la piscina ottima per un relax a fine giornata. Panorama vista lago bellissimo dall'appartamento con terrazza su piscina. I proprietari sono molto cordiali, possiedono anche un ristorante qua' vicino in cui consigliamo vivamente una visita.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist super, so dass Kinder sich auch bewegen können. Die Nähe zum Gardaland ist super. Das Laden von E-Autos ist gegen Kosten entspannt möglich. Und auch wenn es etwas von der Unterkunft entfernt ist, sollte man das Restaurant der Eigentümer besuchen. Sehr lecker und preislich super. Davide und seine Frau sind super nett.

Man hört die Autobahn. So richtig gestört hat es uns nicht, aber wir haben uns auch nicht viel außen aufgehalten. Halt April.

una vacanza rilassante in un magnifico luogo

una villa nuova e ben tenuta, proprietari gentilissimi, ottimo il sistema di ingresso con porte superblindate ampi spazi tenuti molto bene. La piscina si pulisce ogni giorno con il robottino ed è tutto ben sistemato

metterei un mobiletto in bagno (è talmente grande quanto un monolocale) per mettere scopa secchio detersivi
