Great location and apartment.

It was in a good location. Easy walk down to the sea. A good holiday or get-away holiday home for family or group of friends. We had nice breakfast in Hotel Eden which was in the property next door.

1. The oven was not cleaned. 2. The washing machine detergent drawer was full of detergent. 3. The host took quite some time to respond.

Great location for great value!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lavica Seaside apartment as it was just a few minutes walk from the cosy beach with small pebbles and very clear water. Very safe for kids to play in the water. In general for a place that is so close to the seaside you can walk the shoreline and easily visit all the restaurants and bars during the weeks stay.

I would say that there were no such things.

Memorable vacation in Split at Lavica seaside

The apartment was in excellent condition. Very clean and had everything we required. The host was very helpful and friendly. Great guy. Short walking distance to the beach and the supermarkets are close. There are a lot of restaurants at walking distance. Very peaceful and quiet location.

Great location, you reach the sea in very few minutes.

The bathroom, living and floors weren’t very clean. In the bathroom were scattered hairs nearby the sink and in the shower. The walls in the living room and bedroom had mould.

Our stay at Lavica Seaside Apartments was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were truly caring, addressing any requests we had immediately and always with a smile on their faces. Both the Lavica Bellevue studio apartments and the Lavica Seaside apartments were immaculate. Everything was clean, and the staff changed towels and took out the trash every two days. They were even more than willing to assist us with extra cleanings if we simply messaged them. The position of the apartments is fantastic, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional, making our getaway truly memorable. We can't recommend Lavica Seaside Apartments highly enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Amazing stay, amazing host ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

First time in Croatia from USA. I was nervous at first to stay at a residence rather than a hotel traveling alone with two daughters, but glad I made the decision to stay at this place! We felt welcome & safe . The owner, was very helpful in every step. It was a great feeling knowing that someone local who cares about our wellbeing is next door and we can ask anything about the area and things to do. Access to the beach was a great plus. We used it every night! My 4 year old could not get enough of it:) restaurants by the hotel and harbor were amazing! We enjoyed sunset at the beach & swimming until dark.

Parking could be tight. There is no assigned parking, but we always were able to find a spot.

great choice for family vacation

excellent location, very friendly host. the apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. on the territory of the complex there is also a beautiful recreation area with an incredible view. a wonderful beach is right next to the apartments

Smart TV , air con, laundry lines on the balcony , washing machine . Quiet location. Supermarket and restaurants across the road. Hired paddle boards at the campsite beach which was 10 mins in an Uber. Campsite also had a restaurant and bar and the beach in the evening was a lot less busy. If traffic was good, 20 mins in an Uber to Split for the evening. Loved Split old town! Great little take away restaurants about 20 min walk away from apartment. Kliss fort was a good day out with the kids. Ratko was incredibly helpful.

Traffic into Split was sometimes very slow.

We had such a wonderful time in Podstrana in that apartment! It was super nice place to stay, spacious, clean and equipped in everything we needed. Apartment is in nice neighborhood; very calm and clean, also this area is mostly covered in trees (perfect for chill during hot days). Beach is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and there is part of beach fully covered in tree's shadow (perfect for hiding away from the sun). Very nice and helpful owner.

Sun, sand, comfort!

Amazing location, right next to the beach. The apartment is super comfortable and includes all the necessary items for a homely stay. Moreover, the host is very helpful and friendly. He was very considerate towards all our requests, and went the extra mile to take care of them.

The apartment is right next to the sea, but the view was a bit restricted by the trees. So, in the end, it was a bit different from our expectation. Nothing too severe!

The host was very nice, friendly and helpful. Location is superb, because there was plenty of places inside the building garden area to rest, grill and just relax. Moreover, nearby beach (two minutes walking down) was just great - nice little rocky beach with very clear water and not so overcrowded. Generally, our stay with friends was superb and no one even complained about us :) Thank you, Ratko and Ivana!

Apartment was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and any equipment you need. The beach is approximately 50 meters far and way to the seaside goes through a pine park. There is also a place for barbecue, dinner and a playground for kids. The hosts are very friendly and doing a lot to make our staying comfrtable as much as possible.

Amazing owners, great place, good location!

Everything was perfect. Ratko and Jelena are amazing owners. They recommended us some really good places for eating, visiting and partying. They really cared about us and wanted that our trip in Split was the best ever. Me and my three Belgian friends recommend definitely this place with an amazing view on the beach, a very useful air co and comfortable beds. Best Hosts ever experienced

It was pleasant and each room has a aircon. Surely it’s not a 5 star hotel but good enough. The hosts are the best we ever had and trust me, we travelled a lot around the world , Europe , Asia , Americas . We stayed in many top resorts and hotels and in top air bnb’s even. But Ratko and Ivana are the best. They brought us cakes , wine and so on. This is not necessary and not part of the price but they just value the guests. And if the guests are nice , then the hosts really do a lot to make the stay wonderful. I have probably only written 2 reviews in my life and as a business man I don’t have time for this. This time we went with my family for a nice holiday and as you can see from my comments, happiness and a successful holiday is also the result of a wonderful treatment by our apartment hosts . Thanks again to Ratko and Ivana , and also to Jelena the agent, who did a great job too.

No direct sea view . But this is absolute neglectable as it is only 20-30 meters to the nice beach forest with great view to the sea and a direct access to the beach over some stairs .

Superb

The apartment is very pleasant, after renovation, two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The rooms have high ceilings, a lot of air and light. The bathroom is small, but there are two toilets in apartment. Everything is new, clean and nice. There are quite a few of such apartments in Croatia, basically everything is old, we were glad that we found this option. The house is located in a pine park, where there is excellent air and a sea view from a small balcony, where is pleasant to have your morning coffee. I would also like to note the hospitality of the owner, and the responsiveness and kindness of Elena, who helped us with the reservation. The owner helped with the choice of a wonderful excursion, gave a lot of ideas on how to spend time, and was always in touch. Recommend!

Lokacija je ok, plaža je ok

Koliko god se domaćin trudio da riješi neke stvari ipak je organizacija mogla biti puno bolja, nažalost dva puta smo dovodeni u neugodnu situaciju . objekt je imao opciju doručka ali smo morali dokazivati jer nisu pripremljeni niti nam dani vaučeri za isto. ostalo ok, komumikacija isto ok, ali kažem, neke stvari i detalje treba puno bolje pripremiti

Pour se retrouver au calm dans un petit paradis.

C'est un très joli apartement avec la possibilité de profiter du BBQ qui est dans la zone commune. Les personnel est très réactif et accueillant. Cet apartment est situé pas loin de la mer, il y a un petit chemin à suivre pour la voir, c'est vraiment super beau, nous avons profité du coucher de soleil là-bas. Les lits sont hyper confortables et vous avez deux toilettes, un avec salle de douche c'est qui était super pour 4 personnes.

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de multiprises dans la cuisine et le wifi ne marchait pas très bien les deux premiers jours. Mais le propriétaire était très réactif et nous a aidé avec le WIFI et avec d’autres duvets, car on avait froid.

Apartament bardzo czysty wyposażony w wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, jest piekarnik, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, opiekacz do chleba. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Właściciel bardzo pomocny. Blisko pięknej plaży.

Jedyny minus to brak widoku na morze ale bliskość plaży wszystko rekompensuje 😊
