About this villa rental
This beautiful three-bedroom villa with accompanying cottage is set within flowering gardens overlooking our famous down Island ocean view. A tiled walkway escorts you from the private gated drive way to the double door entry and into the living room that has expansive views. The living room is elegantly furnished with a pleasing blend of cushioned West-Indies furniture, mahogany, and island themed pieces. This cozy room incorporates a living area with a large flat screen TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and wi-fi music system. There are lots of games and puzzles, a home-office area with a Wifi router and computer/printer, a dinning area both inside and out. The house is filled with lots of windows and glass sliders for a light, airy ambiance. However, there is a central air conditioner for those days with no breeze. The very well-equipped and laid out kitchen adjoins the living room’s dinning area divided by an island with bar stools.
Glass sliders open from the front of the living room onto the expanse of a covered deck and views which overlook the Atlantic, Hans Lollik island, and the famous down-island views of various islands where the Atlantic meets the Carribean. A large gazebo by the pool is another wonderful spot for shady, relaxing meals on sun-kissed days. The open deck borders the entire seaward-facing side of Sun Rose leading back to the pool area for soaking up the sun on chase loungers and andriondack chairs for reading, cotail conversation, or just gazing at the mesmerizing marine views. This deck leads to the private cottage. The cottage, that houses a queen bed, completes with the master bedroom for grand views of both ocean and out and outback garden beauty. This romantic is decorated in the mystical theme of mermaids and of love, it too is air-condoned for your comfort.
Back inside Sun Rose da hallway leads to three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom/bath completes the beauty of this home. This majestic suite boasts a romantic four-poster king bed, glass slider doors which access a private deck with immaculate views, with a private bath, so you can shower and still enjoy the view. The second bedroom holds a queen bed that has been nicknamed the “Turtle Room”. The third bedroom’s decors made specially for kids with fun marine scenes and host tow twin beds. In this hallway there is also a second bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.
Back outside, there are stairs leading down to the walk-out basement. First, you will pass an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach or if you just prefer to shower overlooking the ocean. This leads to another expansive covered deck that surrounds you with foliage. This deck leads back to the driveway and a covered storage area that holds beach chairs, snorkel gear, and general beach items. Indoors, there is a bathroom and washer and a dryer.
Sun Rose is beautifully detailed and wonderfully equipped with so many vacation pleasures in mind, while offering an easy-living floor plan. Its location within the gated enclave of Peterburg Estate is only a two-mile drive to the world-famous Magen’s bay Beach. The majestic sea unique flavor to this really superb home. The house and view are wonderful for a family vacation. Such a quiet and private location. Perfect dipping pool after a hot day (or night) out and about. Kitchen is fully stocked and Josephine, the housekeeper, coordinated a grocery delivery on the day of our arrival which was a life saver since we didn't arrive until evening. The deck needs some work, but the owner has been in touch and is planning on making repairs.

Wonderful experience, great house with all the amenities you could ask for. The property manager met us at the airport and brought us to the property--I don't think we would have found it without her. Thank You! The roads into the house are a little tight and steep, but doable. The area was quiet and beautiful and the pictures of the view don't do it justice. Magen's bay is a short 3-minute drive for the house. The outdoor shower has the best view ever.

This house was awesome for our stay. Pretty much everything we needed. Although, No drinking water hookup. The house just could have been a lot cleaner_ dishwasher didn't work. & there is no hot water in the kitchen. Other than that we enjoyed all the other amenities. Thanks!
