Construction Updates
Resort elevators modernization will occur August 1, 2026, through July 1, 2027. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. Members of our resort team will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups.
Please note that the Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove Pool will be closed for refurbishment from June 18th, 2026, to June 24th, 2026. During this time, all other resort amenities are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
Service Animal Policy

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Island’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest.
There will be a Parking fee to be paid directly to the resort.
Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Shuttle Service to Buoy Haus & Frenchman’s Reef
For your convenience, there is a complimentary shuttle that transports Frenchman’s Cove Owners and guests to Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman`s Reef, Autograph Collection and The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef. The shuttle leaves directly from the Frenchman`s Cove Main Lobby.
As you enjoy their restaurants and the public beach, please be advised that Frenchman’s Cove Owners & guests are not permitted to use the pools or other hotel amenities. It is best to plan your travel between the resorts accordingly as this complimentary service has a specific schedule and does not operate outside of the scheduled times. Please see the shuttle schedule below*.

We needed a place to stay for a night in St Thomas before our boat charter. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo at Frenchman’s Cove. The booking process was very easy. I was able to contact someone easily when I had questions prior to our arrival. The instructions for check-in were emailed and were clearly written. The entire process was quick and went smoothly. The condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. The entire property was well kept with a lot of options for amenities. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend Marriott at Frenchman’s Cove and will definitely be going back for a longer stay.

Loved our condo it was perfect, very clean, beautiful views , the private beach was wonderful. In fact I wish we would have stayed our whole vacation at this property.
