    The rooms are very comfortable, and the pool is nice. Very easy to get a taxi as well as Uber. The location is not the best for walking, but at least there is a small restaurant just outside that serves good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

    We recently stayed at Caribe Hilton during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We arrived on Wednesday and departed Sunday. The hotel was busy compared to our previous stay the prior days. Even though the hotel was busy, we had an enjoyable experience. Check-in was easy and efficient. We arrived around 3:30pm, and were seen quickly. We had an Ocean View with 2 Queen beds. Our room was nice, though needs some upgrades shortly, as it was in the older part of the Hotel. We headed down to the pool area, which was very crowded. The rest of the days though, there was plenty of seats and lounge chairs. The same thing with the beach. All the lounge chairs were taken, so we walked to the end where we put down our 4 towels. It actually turned out to be a great place, as 20 minutes later, 3 iguanas came out of the plants to hang out. The kids loved it. The rest of the week, we did not have a problem finding lounge chairs. The service by the beach was nice, as the guys were constantly around if you needed food or drinks. The service for our 5 days was fantastic. All the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. The restaurants were also good, especially the Italian. The onsite Starbucks was usually packed in the mornings as expected. We had an awesome experience, and will definitely be back.

    The beach and pool were great. Staff were helpful. The rooms and resort are dated and in need of an upgrade given the price. Also the rooms had the bare minimum toiletries and no mini bar! There were no wine glasses or bottle opener in the room & they wanted to charge me to have these in the room. In all my travels around the world I’ve never stayed in a Hilton that’s charged you extra for this when it’s something that is normally provided in the room.
