About this house rental
Two bedroom, two bath home in Sun City Grand with laundry, great room, and Arizona room. Four golf courses, two major resort complexes with restaurants, pools, spas, gyms, indoor running track auditorium, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and classes all in Sun city Grand. Walking trail directly behind house. They have made some changes to access to these amenities and there may be a charge from SCG for the use of these facilities. Golf carts are included with your golf fees at all the courses.

We started our stay with a misunderstanding of our check in date. Property manager basically called my husband a liar, which he is not. Communication with the owner, Marti was good. The house is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. The walls desperately needed painting when we arrived. Elbow grease and some touch up paint found in the garage helped. The furniture is OLD! The white couch shown in the living room picture needs to be trashed, it is worn out. We put quilts on any soft furniture. Bed was comfortable but linens were old. There is a broken down golf cart in the garage that puts off a horrible chemical smell. It is important to say that this is NOT a quiet location if quiet is important to you! Hwy 303 runs directly behind the house. You can’t sit outside without constant traffic noise. If the house had newer windows it would help with reducing the traffic noise at night, but the seals on the windows were broken. In saying all of the above, Sun City Grand is a great place to spend a few months. I am sure we will be back.
