The Villa was perfect for our requirements. Everybody was very happy. It provided plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family group. It is suitable for up to 10 people if you book the extra basement rooms. It is well equipped and comfortable. Great having two fridge freezers. Kitchen well equipped. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable. The pool was a good temperature. It was lovely to have a view of the sea. It has a convenient shop just at the edge of the complex which is open until 8.30 p.m. The Tauro Grill next door is also very handy and well priced. The host's local rep Harry was very helpful. A car is useful for this location. Amadores beach is a reasonably easy walk (apart from a steep bumpy hill) Recommend Webers for Thursday Night Tapas (Restaurant located on the beach front). Great boat trips from Puerto Rico or Puerto de Mogan. Good Market on Fridays (very busy though) at Mogan plus lots of great restaurants.

The only small negative was the cleaning during the week. Having previously stayed in an Anfi Opal Villas with regular visits to remove the rubbish and cleaning during the week with a bedding and towel change, there was no cleaning during the week at this property. We had been told to expect a clean, but nobody came. Only the pool cleaner came. I think this may have been a blip and hopefully it will get sorted. It would be helpful to have more information at the property - i.e. where to take the rubbish etc. We only managed to recycle glass. Also, one bed was not fresh on arrival. But otherwise, it was a fantastic villa and I would definitely come back to this property.
