I stayed in a room with a window, but unfortunately had an unpleasant experience due to heavy street traffic noise at night, which severely disrupted my sleep. The facilities are also a bit dated. However, everything else was acceptable and fair for the price paid. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious.

I booked this place for an unplanned stay, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this place.

So many issues with this place but let's start with the positives. Really happy with the daily breakfast and that does help to save costs. Staff are friendly and I love how they actually provide slippers for you, makes it easy to go downstairs for breakfast / wear in the room The room is incredibly small with no table to do my work. Ad says "have streaming service like netflix". No streaming service. Regular tv with static, but with channels across Asia like Filipino channel, Malaysia, Japan etc There's dust on some platforms still. There's a small smell when you enter the room. There's a bigger smell when you enter the toilet. The bed gave me allergic reactions. The locks are not the most secure and are incredibly basic so it makes safety a little concerning when I leave the room. There was not enough liquid body soap when I came in, making things really inconvenient. The toothpaste provided tastes horrible. There's very little space to put your own toiletries. The fridge had a really bad odour, was not cleaned out properly so I didn't want to use the fridge cause I had no clue what bacteria was lurking in there. Theres also mosquitos that would visit you every now and then That aside, the pillows are okay, the bed is okay allergies aside. The shower and heater works. Toilet bowl too. The pictures and the way this place advertises itself is "catfishing". 2 stars. 1 star for basic services, 1 star for breakfast and slippers. I really wish they take more accurate photos of the room and update things like "streaming service like netflix" and just show the room for what it is.
