The ancient house, called Casa Terra, has a splendid garden in the historic center of Guspini. The house enjoys services such as wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, TV and many others.
Our garden offers a relaxing and magical atmosphere between flowers and fruit trees. Many beautiful beaches can be reached in 25 minutes by car from our house.
The whole house, garden and parking are for the exclusive use of you who will choose it for your holidays. Nothing is shared with other people.
Guests have access to the whole house and to the whole garden where for most of the year colors and flowers make the environment even more unique.
The large and welcoming kitchen is equipped with modern and new appliances. In the kitchen there is also a fireplace. Furthermore, it should be noted that it gives access to the only large bathroom available to the house.

Casa di gran gusto e perfettamente accessoriata, perfetta per visitare le stupende spiagge della costa verde. Proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili, super consigliata!

Se cercate un oasi di pace dotata di comfort allora siete nel posto giusto. L'amore e il rispetto per la storia che Daniele ha avuto nella ristrutturazione di questa casa lo si vede appena arrivati alla porta. Ad aspettarci un cesto di frutta in tavola e l'ottima Ichnusa non filtrata in fresco. Il condizionatore d'aria e la lavastoviglie sapranno allietare le vostre giornate, specialmente se siete in sei e amate cucinare. I consigli di Daniele su Supermercati, Spiagge e Ristoranti sono stati preziosi e molto apprezzati. In Guspini abbiamo trascorso la prima settimana della nostra vacanze e quando siamo partiti, per completare il soggiorno in una casa piu' vicina alla spiaggia, Daniele ci ha rinnovato la sua disponibilita' qualora avessimo avuto bisogno di informazioni o consigli. Che dire, non indugiate troppo e prenotate! Grazie di tutto Daniele!

Nous avons passe un excellent moment dans la maison de famille de Daniele. Le vert du jardin est reposant apres une journee d'ete ensoleillée !
La climatisation est appréciable, la cuisine tres bien équipée. Très peu de touristes a Guspini et l'accueil des habitant est tres chaleureux.
Seuls points negatifs : le temps de voiture pour aller a la plage, et l'isolation phonique du plafond.
