About this house rental
Charming detached house located in the countryside.
Private garden of 3000 m2 with organic orchard. Fully unobstructed view of the Sulcis-Iglesiente mountains.
On the ground floor: library office, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, WC, washing machine, two terraces, barbecue, outdoor furniture.
On the first floor: a large double bedroom, a children's bedroom with bunk beds, large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub. Bed and bathroom linen provided.
The property is located 5 minutes from Iglesias, a charming town of Spanish character, with all shops and restaurants.
Less than half an hour's drive away is the beach of Porto Paglia (former tonnaire) and the panoramic road which leads to Nebida, Masua, Cala Domestica, Piscinas and Scivu, deserted beaches of rare beauty.
At 45 minutes you can reach the small islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, and the coast of Sant'Anna Arresi.
A paradise with crystal clear waters, the region also lends itself to all kinds of sporting activities, from horse riding to paragliding, from surfing to climbing, from cycling to trekking. Without forgetting archeology (nuraghes, tombs of giants, sacred wells, domus de Janas) and gastronomy! (Carignano del Sulcis and Vermentino are famous wines)

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar Spielsachen von der Tochter der Besitzer sind vorhanden. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend sauber, außerdem gut isoliert, so dass man es auch bei Hitze kühl innen hat. Auf einer schönen überdachten Terrasse draußen kann man gemütlich im Garten speisen, auf zwei Liegen entspannen. Man hört in der Nacht die Tiere (Esel, Pfau, Hunde...) vom Agriturismo in der Nachbarschaft, was uns jedoch kaum gestört hat. Das Haus liegt ländlich, aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von der ganz hübschen Kleinstadt Iglesias, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und leckeres Eis gibt. In zirka 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auch fix an den Strand gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist unglaublich freundlich, es werden Tipps gegeben und es wurde sich erkundigt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Die Nachbarn Rita und Antonello, mit denen die Hausübergabe gemacht wurde, war sehr herzlich und es gab zur Begrüßung sogar sardische Süßigkeiten. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Prachtige, rustige plek in een mooie omgeving. We hebben genoten van de jonge boomgaard met een grote verscheidenheid aan bomen.

A superb offer with a great value for money ratio.
Big garden, lots of countryside- just one neighbour and lots to see... House is very well maintained, comfortable and has its own style. No Ikea which is great. Our 1st visit to this remarkable island and certainly not the last.

Das Landhaus liegt in einem großen Gartengrundstück an einer wenig befahrenen kleinen Strasse. Von den beiden Terrassen (SO und SW) hat man unverbauten Blick auf die umgebenden Felder und in die Hügel. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, vor allem Küche und Bad sind super. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern in Sardinien hat man hier keine minimalistische Ausstattung, sondern findet alles was man braucht und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, ist jedoch hochwertig isoliert, sodass man die Temperatur gut durch Lüften und Fensterläden steuern kann.
Rita eine Nachbarin, die sich um das Haus kümmert, hat uns empfangen und alles erklärt.
In 10min ist man in Iglesias mit Supermärkten und Restaurants und in 20min am Meer. Weitere schöne Strände erreicht man in 30-40min. Perfekte Ausflüge in der Nähe sind z.B. die Grotta di San Giovanni, die Grotta Mannau, Tempio di Antas und Porta Flavia.
Unser Navi im Auto kannte trotz neuester Karte einen Teil der Strasse zum Haus nicht und hätte ungünstige Umwege geplant. Hier hilft ein Blick auf Google Maps und dessen Navigation für die letzten 5km.
