The house has three bedrooms : two double rooms (one with a balcony) and one single room, also with a balcony – perfect for ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There are two full bathrooms , modern and functional, ideal for families or groups.
Guests can enjoy free high-speed WiFi , perfect for remote work, and private parking , a rare and valuable convenience, especially during the summer months.
Thanks to its location, you can easily walk to the historic center of Iglesias, with its charming squares, local shops, churches, and authentic atmosphere.
