In the same building there is also a second housing solution for 4 people: Casa Are Major. At Villa Are you will feel surrounded by nature, but you will enjoy all the services that a country can offer you. You will live in a classic Italian village just a few minutes from the center of Verona. The house enjoys a beautiful view of the city.
The house offers a pleasant outdoor space, including a garden corner with chairs and loungers where you can relax sipping a tea or a glass of wine, or reading a book surrounded by nature.
A parking space is available on the property.

For nature lovers there are many paths to do on foot or by mountain bike or a nice horse ride. We also suggest a canoe trip for a streamlined rafting of the Adige river. Wine lovers can not miss a visit to the Valpolicella wine cellars, following the many wine and food itineraries offered by our city. Last but not least a visit to the beautiful city of Verona and a visit to our beautiful Lake Garda.

The district offers many services including a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacconist, some bars, a pizzeria-restaurant, a hairdresser and a beautician. For nature lovers it will be possible to find in the immediate vicinity many nature trails, riding stables and other outdoor activities. In the main square of the village you will find the bus terminus n. 24. The terminus is located a few meters from the house. you can therefore easily reach by bus n. 24 the historical center of Verona (Castelvecchio), the railway station and the fair without any change of bus.

For those who want to reach the airport from Verona just take the bus n. 24 and arrive at Porta Nuova train station. From here you can take the free shuttle that will take you directly to the airport.
