Best Vacation Rental in Carlsbad! Centrally located near Hwy 285 and all the best restaurants in town. Twenty Five minute drive to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Check out this cute spacious three bedroom home, featuring two king beds, a bunk bed room with a full and twin size bed, and a sofa queen size bed.

You'll love the rustic wooden furniture that is all brand new. The house is decorated with a southwestern flair. Cable TV and HBO in every bedroom and the living room. Fast (100mb) wifi internet. is stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, and modern appliances. New washer and dryer. Beautiful spacious bathrooms. There is a Pack 'n Play available. We've made sure to add all the comforts of home to enrich your stay and are very responsive to the needs of our guests

The property is indeed rustic and we appreciated the style. The bathrooms were not completely clean. There was hair and dust behind the toilets, at the base of the toilets and the sink and mirrors needed to be cleaned. There was a layer of pollen and dust on windowsills in bedrooms and bathroom. After I cleaned for 45 mins with the clorox wipes I purchased, it was ok. The host did not respond to 2 messages sent on the first and second days of our stay. It hurt to pay a cleaning fee and then spend time and money cleaning.

I don’t normally give reviews that aren’t excellent but this house was not what we were expecting after reading the reviews.
We had to go buy a can opener as the kitchen wasn’t well outfitted at all.. Pots and pans in terrible condition. Hard to see to cook as microwave light didn’t work and ceiling light was dim.
Couldn’t take a shower at night in the en-suite bathroom as the light was burnt out. Has a hole in the wall above the taped off medicine cabinet. Blinds all over the house are cheap and were in very bad shape. Duvet on bed had stains, ick.
The neighborhood feels sketchy but is close to the grocery store.
