Nice modern house. Its a bit of a drive to Carlsbad Caverns but not too far. Worked good for us.

We liked the house and it was a great location to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks.!

The overall stay was ok. Communication with the property owner was poor. Ran out of household supplies like trash bags, which made it difficult to take out the trash, as property owner requested. Kitchen amenities could use improvement.
