Welcome to the gated community of Falling Waters on Davis Blvd, in Naples FL. This unit is in the Water Crest subdivision which boasts the largest 2 BR/2 BA floor plan in Falling Waters. The unit has a One car garage which affords you the opportunity to park your car inside. We are tucked away in a private oasis with lush tropical palm trees, plants and waterfalls which, are beautifully maintained throughout the community. Falling Waters is only 10 minutes (5 miles) (8 km) from downtown Naples, 5th Ave shops, Tin City, restaurants and Loudermilk Beach, one of the most picturesque white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of public golf courses nearby including the Lely Resort Golf & Country Club, and Hibiscus Golf Club.
Our unit is privately located within the community with 1566 SQ FT of living space with high vaulted ceilings that give our unit a spacious and open feel. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 1 car garage with extra parking for guests right out front. It comes complete with beach chairs, rafts & noodles, a beach umbrella, 2 bikes, board games, and many other things for your entertainment and convenience. It has a full kitchen with all brand new cookware and dinnerware and small appliances. A beautiful huge private lanai welcomes you to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail or dinner with tranquil waterfall sounds, and all-new outdoor furniture. Free WIFI, 3 flat-screen TVs with cable TV. Everything in the condo is brand new including- furniture, bedding, pillows, mattresses, towels, Hot Water Heater, Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Cooktop, and new washer/dryer. The condo is bright, spacious, and immaculately clean for every new guest. The condo has a relaxed coastal decor with minimal clutter, so you can feel at home on vacation, kick off your shoes, and not feel like you're staying at someone else's home or hotel.
The Master Bedroom includes a brand new designer king-size bedroom set, with a matching headboard, rails, and side tables, and dresser. New towels, linens, and a king-sized bed, 32" HD flat screen tv/cable and plenty of storage, and walk-in closet with built-in shelving for your clothes. The second bedroom has a brand new queen-size bed. This bedroom also has a 32" flat screen tv.
The living room has brand new leather seating that is really comfortable along with a 50" widescreen TV & Internet.
We have also provided a deluxe queen-size air mattress which may be used for an extra person/s to sleep on. Extra linens and pillows provided for guests.
The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with brand new cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker, deluxe toaster oven, and all of the required cooking necessities. Enjoy the light & bright breakfast nook and watching the sunset while having your glass of wine.
The gated community features a beautiful Resort Style SALT water heated pool, Tennis courts, running trails, waterfalls, gardens, bocce ball court, and putting green. Spacious clubhouse with many amenities inside including large screen TV, library, and a covered area outside with tables and chairs. There are also many social/activity events posted in the clubhouse as well. There are lush tropical gardens throughout the community. There are plenty of grocery stores, malls, cafes, movie theaters, bars, bowling, and restaurants nearby.

We rented based on the owners description. We were not disappointed. The unit was spotless and stocked with everything and anything we needed. It was conveniently located near the beach, 5th Ave, dining and shopping. The highlight of falling waters is the most amazing pool. If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed.
