Enjoy the sunrise and morning coffee on your lanai overlooking the newly renovated golf course. Heated swimming pool and fitness center are a short walk from unit. 1500 sq ft of living space offers king size master suite, queen guest room, and twin bed third bedroom, all including ample closet and drawer space. Four miles from downtown Naples and beaches. This fully equipped condo provides everything you'll need for your Florida stay. Just bring your toothbrush! 30 day minimum stay. Golf is not included. Please, no smoking or pets.

This was the best condo out of 5 that we have rented in Naples in the past 18 years. It is not the typical rental and it was furnished beautifully with all one needs. The residents in the club are very friendly. We had no issues or problems.

The condo was very nice, and the owners were great to work with. The community was not very friendly and the other owners seemed very snobby if you were renting. They had rules on parking that we were not notified about until it was to late to change our reservation and many other rules that we thought were to restricting.
