About this house rental
Beautiful home in 55+ only community. Built in 2015, surrounded by open space with view of mountains. 45 minutes to Estes park, 1.5 hours easy driving to Breckenridge and mountains. 15 min to Boulder or Denver. Golf courses (2) across the street. Full basement with bar and media area. Handicap modified. 2 bedrooms with king beds on main level, queen murphy bed downstairs. Two full, one 1/2 bath on main floor, one 1/2 bath downstairs. NO pets allowed. Rocky Mountain Metro Corporate airport within 2 miles if you are flying in:) 30 day plus rental Thank you.

This home was perfect for us. It is located halfway between Denver and Boulder and within driving distance of Rocky Mt National Park. We got to visit many sites over the week because of the excellent location of this house. Karen was the ultimate renter - always available, answered all our questions, provided snacks for us as we were arriving quite late - much more than we were expecting. The neighborhood was quiet and very well maintained. We definite enjoyed our stay!!
