Nice little house, renovated and rented from June 2018. Open living room with a nice fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave. Upstairs a beautiful bright bedroom and walk-in shower. Gravelled exterior with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The house is ideally located around 3 km from the beaches and 2 km from the center (super markets, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, hairdressers, shops ...)
The town of Fouesnant has 17 km of coastline including 13 km of beautiful sandy beaches, add 90 km of marked hiking trails, sites could not be more varied; wood, polder, lagoon, dunes, coves, mudflat and a world famous archipelago "Glénan" (to visit absolutely! ).

J'ai passé un très bon séjour, la petite Louisette est un gîte agréable et accueillant, à l'image de Sonia ! Cette petite maison est confortable et bien située (proximité de la plage et des commerces). La route est un peu passante à mon goût mais cela reste à relativiser en fonction des exigences de chacun (je vis dans un hameau, donc habituée au calme absolu!). Je recommande :)

Mon séjour à la petite Louisette

Accueil chaleureux par Sonia qui m’a confié la petite Louisette pour une semaine. La maison est très bien située, au calme, proche du bourg de Fouesnant 1,5km environ et de ses commodités. Dispose d’un grand confort, décoration sobre et de goût. Plages non loin à vélo, ou en voiture. Je recommande si vous souhaitez séjourner dans la région, Olivier

Klein, aber fein!

Ein hübsches kleines Ferienhäuschen, das sehr liebevoll ausgestattet ist und in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der Empfang durch Sonia war sehr nett und vor allem unkompliziert. Lediglich die Lage des Gartens direkt an der Straße mit einigem Verkehrslärm hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen - alles andere war tadellos.
