We loved our stay here. Very comfortable for the two of us and great access by car to all that we wanted to do in the area. Florence lives nearby and was a great hostess, but we had all the privacy we needed. The house is clean and tidy and has been well renovated. We had to update our cooking style, since there is an induction cooktop and a microwave that doubles as a grill or small oven. We recommend it to others for a quiet stay in a lovely area. Thanks to our hostess for a warm welcome and a gift of local produce.

A most enjoyable week spent in lovingly restored building. The setting is very peaceful, but ideally positioned close to the town of Fousenant. The tourist spots of Quimper,Benedot and Carnconeau are all easily reached.Local beaches are extremely close, and those at Beg mail and Cap Coz should be visited.Our host Florence was delightful and made sure anything we required was on hand.We would thoroughly recommend the cottage, and will indeed be looking to return in the coming years. Great choice and great value for money.

Sehr schönes sauberes kleines Haus. Sehr ruhige Lage, das Stadtzentrum ist wenige Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Genauso die Strände. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus für 2 Personen

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, komplett neu oder neu renoviert. Das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich für 2 Personen. Das komplette Obergeschoß ist für das großzügig geschnittene Schlafzimmer reserviert und bietet ausreichend Stauraum fürs Gepäck. Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich eine kleine Küche mit Induktionsherd, einer Mikrowelle, die auch als Backofen verwendet werden kann und selbstverständlich ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Neben dem Essplatz und der Couch mit Couchtisch, gibt es noch eine Terrasse mit 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegestühle auf dem kleinen Rasen vor dem Haus. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls neuwertig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Florence war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht zwar kein deutsch und wir sprachen kein französisch, aber mit Hilfe von Übersetzer-Apps war auch das kein Problem. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus macht schon beim Einzug einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wir haben viele Etappen des GR 34 entlang der bretonischen Küste absolviert und uns anschließend gut erholen können. Einkaufsmöglichten in der Umgebung sind, auch qualitativ, sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne!!

Wir waren Anfang Nov. 10 Tage in diesem Haus.Die Reisezeit ist sehr gut da wenig Touristen unterwegs sind und es mit 15Grad noch angenehm warm ist. Zum Objekt: Das wunderschön renovierte Haus lieg absolut ruhig in einem sehr ansprechenden Wohnumfeld. In der Nähe (5Min.Fahrweg mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad) sind alle Geschäfte für notwendige Einkäufe vorhanden.( Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger usw.) Die Lage für Ausflüge ist optimal. Das Haus ist sensationell ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen Dinge die einen Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten sind vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, kleiner funktionaler Backofen, Staubsauger und sogar alle Verbrauchsmaterialien werden zur Verfügung gestellt. (Spülmittel, Waschpulver usw.) Die Heizung sowie W Lan funktionierten hervorragend. Der Wohn- und Schlafraum ist sehr schön und klar strukturiert gestaltet. Zwei Dinge gilt es besonders hervorzuheben. 1. Die Sauberkeit war sehr sehr gut. Hier gab es nicht das Geringste zu bemängeln. 2. Florence, die Eigentümerin war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Übergabe beim Empfang war trotz sprachlicher „ Engpässe“ unproblematisch. Man hat sich dennoch verstanden was man mitteilen wollte. Wir würden den Kontakt als aussergewöhnlich bezeichnen. Zusammenfassend, wunderschöne Gegend (Strand 5 Min. entfernt), ruhige top Lage, zauberhaftes Haus ohne jegliche Mängel und aussergewöhnlicher Vermieter. Thomas und Karin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par nos hôtes. La location est vraiment superbe, rien ne manque et tout est très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de soins. La décoration est contemporaine est de très bon goût. Tout est parfait pour passer un très bon séjour, dans un cadre très calme. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte à tous les amoureux de la Bretagne. Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es war, wie letztes Jahr, sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, etwas abgelegen, dadurch schön ruhig um zu entspannen, bis zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es aber auch nur 3 km. Jederzeit wieder.

Das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Haus erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen. Perfekt eingerichtet, für 2 Personen ideal. Reichlich Platz auf dem Hof für Fahrräder und Auto, ein kleiner windgeschützter Garten runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Die Fotos entsprechen sehr genau der Wirklichkeit .Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die diskret in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft wohnen. Mit dem Fahrrad ein wirklich toller Ausgangspunkt für alle urlaubstypischen Unternehmungen . Wir waren begeistert.

Le gîte est moderne, bien équipé et très beau entre ses murs de pierres et ses boiseries réellement chaleureuses qui sont l'atout charme de ce gîte. La terrasse est bien exposée et agréable, la salle d'eau fonctionnelle avec le lave-linge intégré et la literie comfortable. C'est un sans faute !

Das Fazit vorweg: Es war ein Genuss in diesem schönen Haus wohnen zu dürfen. Das sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Haus liegt sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig zentral für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Uns hat die Klarheit und Atmosphäre des Hauses sehr angesprochen. Kein Nippes etc., dafür wurde auf Details der Ausstattung geachtet. Sehr gutes Bett/Matratze, sehr hell und die kleine Küche ist voll umfänglich bestückt. Auch hier überzeugen wieder die Kleinigkeiten wie schöne Teller, Tassen etc. Wir sind begeistert!!

Das ist eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher hatten (und wir hatten viele!). Mit viel Geschmack, Liebe zum Detail und allem Komfort eingerichtet. Es liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mit schönem Blick ins Grüne. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich - jederzeit ansprechbar, respektieren aber die Privatsphäre. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !

In diesem frisch renovierten Haus haben wir zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Die hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Vermieter haben das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Die weitläufigen Sandstrände sind in wenigen Minuten zu ereichen. Der nächste Strand liegt 3,4 km entfernt. Die Geschäfte in Fouesnant sind ebenfalls sehr schnell zu erreichen. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Süd-Bretagne ist der Standort ideal.
