نظافة الغرف والمرافق بحاجة للتحسين.
الشبابيك بدون شبك مما يسمح للحشرات والبعوض بالدخول للغرف.
المكان يحتاج لبعض الفرش أو السجاد على الأرضيات معظم المكان بلاط بارد ولم يتم توفير أحذية للمنزل.

الشقة جميلة في الدور الثاني فوق الاستقبال مباشرة هادئة جداً وتتكون من صالة بها كنب مريح ويتحول الى سريرين لشخصين وايضا سرير لشخص واحد وطاولة لأربعة اشخاص ايضا مطبخ صغير وثلاجة صغيرة وأدوات طبخ كافية بالإضافة الى قدر ضغط ينقصه محبس الهواء فقط، الشقة بها غرفتين نوم وبلكونة الغرفة الأولى بها سرير نفرين والغرفة الثانية بها سرير نفرين وسرير نفر، صاحب الشقة الاخوان إبراهيم وأبو فارس جداً خلوقين ومتعاونيين لأبعد الحدود وصلنا قبل استلام الشقة وضيفونا بالشاهي والقهوة مجاناً ويقدمون خدمة الأكل في القارب في النهر مجاناً المجمع مجهز بكاميرات ومكان كبير به العاب للاطفال ويحبون الخليجيين كثير انصح فيها خصوصا انها بعيدة عن وسط المدينة وعن الازعاج تقريباً 7 دقائق والأخ أبوفارس احضر لنا انبوبة غاز ومركب للطبخ علماً ان كل الخدمات مجانية بالإضافة إلى تقديم المعلومات بكل صدق وامانة.
The apartment is s beautiful on the second floor directly above the reception, very quiet and consists of a lounge with a comfortable sofa and turns into two beds for two people (4 in total), as well as a bed for one person and a table for four people, also a small kitchen, a small refrigerator, and sufficient cooking utensils, in addition to a pressure cooker that lacks the air valve only, the apartment has two bedrooms and a balcony inside the first room. The first room has a double bed and the second room has a double bed and a single bed. The owners of the apartment, the brothers Ibrahim and Abu Fares, are very generous and cooperative to the extreme. We arrived before receiving the apartment and they invited us with free tea and coffee. They served a free boat on the river you can bring your food. The complex is equipped with cameras and a large place with games for children and they love Gulf people a lot. I recommend it, especially as it is away from the city center and the noise is about 7 minutes. Brother Abu Fares brought us a gas tube and a cooking boat, knowing that all services are free in addition to providing information in all honesty and integrity.
