Disgusting, the bathroom and the bedroom smelled too bad.

the worst experience of my life. I paid cleaning fees but the apartment smelled fecal matter. Assistance were rude and accused with me of lying. Do not go there.

Very happy and enjoyable

Location was excellent Bedroom and living area were brilliant

Bathroom was a little disappointing compared to rest of Appartment- needs some work - everything worked but toilet looked damaged and sink also damaged- there were signs of water damage also to door way in to bathroom. Just a bit of work would bring it up to the high standard of the rest of the apartment

Well-equipped centric flat.

Very well located for my purposes. Well equipped although I didn’t use the kitchen. Spacious living-room / kitchen.

There wasn’t air-conditioning in the bedroom but probably the one in the living-room would be enough for the whole flat.

The apartment is on a busy road - bring earplugs! The bathroom is ensuite from the main bedroom so a bit more inconvenient if also using the sofa bed as you need to walk through the bedroom Not too many cafes/,?restaurants in the immediate area but about 20 minutes to centre walking

due to not having a smart phone wasn't able to check emails for door code to be sent. should be given a phone call or text message to let you know to check emails or be given door code

Ideal

A lovely flat with a great location. It was bright and clean with a lovely shower. Having access to a washing machine was also welcomed after a few days in Granada. Its location was ideal. Only a ten minute walk from the coach station and not too far from the old part of town. Our plan whilst in Malaga was to do a couple of day trips to Camino del Rey and Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas with a well known tour company. Luckily the pickup point for these tours is literally just across the street. Would definitely recommend and return

Location was central

Appartment, little shabby. Lift to appartment very dirty looking. Bathroom, loose tap in hand basin. Shower gel etc, very cheap. Coffee table in sitting room, in my opinion, needs replacing, has seen better days!

After our difficult check-in everything went very well...

the apartment is well located, clean and sufficiently equipped.

The only downside is the incomplete address of the apartment (the address "Avenida de Andalucía, Center de Málaga, 29002 Málaga, Spain" was insufficient, the number (11) of the building, floor and apartment was missing ...) the check-in is done via a kind of call center, to have them on the phone either the line is busy or you are waiting for a long time.... apart from the language problem ...

Disappointing

Good location, clean and quiet building and area

the presentation pictures were misleading, taken in a bigger, similar next door apartment. This was the smallest of the three I’ve had the chance to see (thanks to neighbors). The fridge had a bad smell( although clean), the chair in the bedroom was broken, the sofa had a hole in it.

Passable

The location was good and was a short walk away from most of the city's attractions. A number 11 bus took me to the centre in 10 minutes, cost 1.40 euros.

There were no instructions for any of the services - eg. air conditioning and ceramic hob, though I'm not sure if it worked at all. The shower plumbing has a serious leak that just needs attention with a spanner. Cooking facilities were minimal, just a microwave, as were crockery and cutlery. Some of the windows do not lock closed so spiderman would have a field day! Bedding and towels were plentiful, but not tea towels as far as I could see. On arrival, I had no final instructions from Booking.com as to the building or apartment number and I had to telephone the owner for guidance. Even that took four attempts for the message to be received. At no time did I meet anyone with responsibility for the apartment. I would look for somewhere else in future.

Great location

Location Comfortable bed.

Stayed 11 nights, No cleaners during that time. No changes of towels or bed linen. Shower is roasting. Noisey.

Hot water nightmare

It’s a modern flat and the furniture and decorations were nice.

We spent almost 45 minutes trying to get into the apartment. The staff gave us a wrong code access so we couldn’t open the main door, we tried with the keys but it didn’t work either. After more than 30 min later they provided us with the correct code to unlock the door and we could get finally in. The apartment didn’t have hot water, so we had to move into another place and had to pay twice for our accommodation. At first they offered us assistance and a partial refund but they didn’t sent us the technician as told and they remained silent. I called so many times and wrote them but they didn’t take the calls nor write back and I ended up crying. It was horrible, I hope they refund us because we had to move out from there the next day and we didn’t received an apology letter neither.

Good choice to stay in Malaga

The location was very good. Big apartmanet with comfy bed and sofa. Kitchen well equipped.

It was not very clean, the doors from the bathroom and bedroom were dirty plus a bad smell from the kitchen hood.

Buena relación calidad-precio.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que está en pleno centro y también que el apartamento es muy amplio, bonito y luminoso.

No me gustó el ruido que entra por el tráfico pero creo que se deben a las ventanas porque también hacia mucho frío a pesar de la calefacción.

Fin de semana en Málaga

El apartamento cumplía las expectativas. Solo fuimos a pasar un fin de semana por una boda. La ubicación es cómoda al tener la estación de tren cerca.

Pocos bares al rededor, tienes que irte más al centro para tomar algo. Las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas.

Nähe Bahnhof, kleines aber ansprechendes Schlafzimmer. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden.

Sauberkeit, sehr abgenutzter Waschtisch im Bad, abgenutztes Schlafsofa, sehr abgenutzter Esstisch (Aufklapptisch), undichte Kaffeemaschine, sehr laut, da die Fenster auf eine vierspurige Straße gerichtet sind und wenig Schalldämmung aufweisen.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, justo frente al punto de reunión de las operadoras de tours.

No hay luz afuera del departamento lo que complica ingresar la clave de acceso en la puerta. La puerta del baño no cerraba. El baño no tiene accesorios para colgar toallas o ropa. El papel de baño era el más corriente que se hubiera podido colocar. El tostador de pan no funcionaba. Las almohadas que pusieron en el sofá cama olían mal.

Прекрасное местоположение и сам дом! Под домом вход в метро. Шума от транспорта не было.

Грязные стены… которые давно запачкали и не вымыли и не обновили окраску. Ушатанный грязный диван. На фото гораздо все красивее!
