one of the best hotels i have been in if not the best.. very nice staff, helpful smiley and will try to do anything for you even to make the dryer work and to give you a disk for parking for free. thanks a lot mickella and melanie for everything and i am not forgetting the kitchen workers Thanks a lot. It is a sure recommended hotel to be in north italy and specially in brunick.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What made our experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They treated us like family, making us feel at home throughout our stay. This hotel reflects the true meaning of hospitality and leaves a wonderful impression of the country and its people. We are sincerely grateful for such a memorable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back!
