I had a wonderful stay, and everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to the young lady at reception (unfortunately i couldn’t recall her name), who was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude truly made a difference and deserves special recognition.

one of the best hotels i have been in if not the best.. very nice staff, helpful smiley and will try to do anything for you even to make the dryer work and to give you a disk for parking for free. thanks a lot mickella and melanie for everything and i am not forgetting the kitchen workers Thanks a lot. It is a sure recommended hotel to be in north italy and specially in brunick.
