room size is spacious. very good location. polite and smiling staff
1. shower hose holder already loose, so the shower head was at the lowest position. to suggest for regular maintenance check and to replace wear off bathroom tools.
2. there was a very strong pungent odour smell coming from bathroom drainage. we requested for air freshener to be sprayed, it helped a little while only. the odour still there for next few days of our stay. to suggest for deep cleaning of your bathroom drainage.
3. during our stay, we got locked up in the carpark basement due to full occupancy of carpark slots for guests so we ended at the residents' carpark slot. apparently the car park gantry at the basement was under maintenance. so we had to walk up by staircase to reach L1 lift lobby (the only one accessable to guest)
