Appartamento ristrutturato, pulito e accogliente che affaccia su una via secondaria molto tranquilla. Con due passi si raggiunge la via pedonale di preveza, dove ci sono i vari locali, e il lungomare. Accanto presente anche un supermercato vero e non mini-market. L'host, kostas, è molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Ne-am simțit excelent în acest apartament! Este poziționat foarte bine, apropiat de faleza pietonală , de plaja orașului , de magazine! Foarte confortabil apartamentul cu 2 camere, 2 balcoane , la etajul 1 , într-o clădire frumoasă ! Apartamentul dispune de un dormitor cu pat matrimonial și living cu canapea extensibila și chicineta , ambele camere dispun de aer condiționat . Apartamentul e dotat cu tot ce îți poți dori : mașina de spălat haine , uscător de păr , veselă în chicineta, cafetiera , toaster! Gazda Kostas a fost foarte primitoare! Pentru famailia noastră a fost un sejur extraordinar! Recomand! Mulțumim!

Excellent location, very close to the center and the marine, still in a very quiet area. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need, super clean and big enough for 4 people. The owner is always there for you and responds immediately.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Quiet residential location close to supermarket and local shops. Less than 10 minute walk to town quay and 20 minutes to beach. Very peasant host. Lift and small balcony with enough space for alfresco dining.
