Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss war sehr schön. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass es trotz Hochsommer in der Wohnung recht kühl geblieben ist. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad sowie gemütliche Betten. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick über Silberborn und sieht je nach Wetter einen schönen Sonnenuntergang. Im Solling selbst findet man eine Vielzahl an spannenden insekten oder sonstigen Tieren und Pflanzen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald.
Man muss beim Lüften wegen der Insekten etwas aufpassen.

Das Haus ist herrlich ruhig gelegen und hat einen großen Garten. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wanderwege starten direkt vom Haus aus.
In der oberen Wohnung gibt es Dachschrägen in den Schlafzimmern. Für große Menschen ist diese nicht so gut geeignet.
