Die Ruhe im Umland. Die Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich, lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Ein Gerät funktionierte beispielsweise nicht und wurde direkt ersetzt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir fühlten uns mit unseren zwei kleinen Hunden wohl und willkommen.
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (z.b. Besteck/Geschirr, kleine wollmäuse).

ruim appartement op eerste etage. Ruime kamers en badkamer. Op 20 minuten rijden mooi wandelgebied. Rustige ligging. Faciliteiten op 3 km afstand.
inrichting was functioneel maar niet smaakvol ingericht. Gordijnen op slaapkamer laten veel licht door. Water in badkamer niet echt warm, goed om te douchen maar niet prettig voor het gebruik van het bad

De grote en indeling van het appartement was goed! Een groot balkon met zicht op de tuin. Een afsluitbaar schuurtje voor de fietsen. Omgeving vlak bij fietspad ad rivier de Weser. Grotere stad met voorzieningen op een paar kilometer afstand.
Het meubilair, geen verduistering in slaapkamer, achterstallig onderhoud (ramen/deuren sloten niet goed, stopcontacten bv in kamer en douche werkten niet, kapotte lampen, te korte douche slang, algemene hygiëne onvoldoende (vieze bekers,glazen borden etc id kasten) onfrisse handdoeken.
