Klidné místo mimo rušné ulice. Dostupná vzdálenost od centra. Parkování na veřejném bezplatném místě u domu. Vstřícná a komunikativní pronajímatelka. Vybavený interiér včetně žaluzií proti slunci.
Extrémně pomalá WiFi, pouze 10mb/s. Přístup do apartmánu po schodišti bez výtahu.
