Apartment close to city center, 10 minute walk.

The entrance, i.e. the yard, is very unkempt. The grass is not mowed, gravel has been thrown next to the stairs to the apartment, the entrance looks like you are going into a barn, not an apartment. The bathroom is half-finished, too small for normal use (there is no towel hook or socket for a hairdryer), the water drainage does not work due to the poor slope of the tiles, so after every shower a puddle forms that needs to be cleaned by hand for 10 minutes. It is inconvenient to come by car in the summer months due to very limited parking, so we spent 15-30 minutes looking for parking every time.
