The views😍 the mountain in the back and fenced in backyard with plenty of space for the dog! Plenty of lounge area in the yard. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen has all cooking essentials! The owner is super nice and super pet friendly!

All of it! Lovely stay once again. We shall be back. Very friendly host, very comfortable and quiet dog walks 👌

New build very modern bedroom/bathroom with excellent hi-tech fixtures and fittings, excellent location, very peaceful location in the Austrian Alps.

A bit of a disappointment though, the booking.com web page for this property is deceptively misleading, it shows apartments with a kitchen and alpine views from bedroom balconies. However, what was not clearly and sufficiently explained was that our booking was for just a bedroom, the bathroom was not on- suite, and was accessed via a stair landing. Secondly and more misleading was that our terrace with table chairs with an Alpine Mountain view was accessed by exiting the bedroom, down the stairs, exiting the property, turn right and right to the side of the property where the cars are parked. Not the ideal location for a morning or evening coffee, lugging drinks, and food up and down the stairs and in an out of locked doors. Finally, the view from our bedroom was of a bus parking depot and a public foot path, and not he gorgeous Alpine Mountain views shown on the Booking.com web page. Then again who would book the bedroom we had if a picture of the bus parking depot was shown. This was one of 12 properties booked for this European tour, disappointed also to find just one coffee capsule each, all remaining properties left of 12 coffee capsules. Not that I would drink or need 12 cups of coffee for a one-night stay but, it’s just the thought that counts. Had it been clearly explained and correctly depicted in photographs on the Booking.Com page what we were actually booking we clearly would not have booked this particular property. You can see the response from the property below, make your own assessment! In any event maybe due to translation issues the property has failed to identify the core of the complaint. Let alone acknowledge the key point i.e. it is false representation to advertise the property and its features in the manner in which they have selected to do so. In the UK this is false representation and is designed to mislead and misguide a customer into to something they think they are purchasing but in realty is very far from the actual reality and the
