Paphos gardens studio suite

Apartment was in great location, was quiet on an evening and had all amenities required. Erik is lovely, easily contactable for any needs and very friendly. Would highly recommend. Complimentary wine, fruit and toiletries all available which was a lovely touch. Really happy with price and service.

Even though it was an adults only suite, the block isnt so children are allowed but this cant be blamed on Erik as I assumed it was an adult only block so my fault, just worth knowing if you dont want kids in the vicinity. Thiis is just our personal preference as we are a child free couple

It’s located in the middle of a complex which was full of life even in the off season. It was clean, conveniently big, well established wifi, comfortable bed and bathroom.

Super relaxing room, great shower, huge kitchen facilities. Owners left a small bottle of wine. Bed was super comfortable. The €9 breakfast p/p at the resort across the street was incredible value. Access to two pools and options to pay for an all inclusive day was excellent. We had a proper vacation here!

The air-conditioning unit unfortunately faces down the hallway and not towards the bed. We needed to have it quite cold to keep cool, especially in June, but we figured it out.

We liked all the little extras, bottled water, tea, coffee, fruit, shampoo, shower gel etc. Great to have a washing machine, the electric blinds were awesome, efficient a/c unit. It was extremely cold the night we arrived, so the heating, comfy bed & quality duvet was much appreciated. This cosy little studio has everything one could need, large fridge freezer, nice big tv with netflix, spotify, you tube etc. Wi-fi excellent. Nice quiet area not far from sea front & a lovely pathway all along the coast to the harbour and beyond. Car parking outside of apartment, sunny balcony, lovely well kept gardens, a bar and large pool, indoor facilities were closed in winter. The owner was in contact the whole time from booking to arriving, & offered help if needed, all went easily & smoothly for us, so we didn't have any problems to report.

Not really any big negatives but a safe would have been helpful. No lift, but this is not really something a private owner can change, the apartment is on the 1st floor & easy to find.
