The location is perfect, right in the centre of Vrbnik. The parking is included, which is a plus considering the few parking spots in town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The room was really small and it was difficult to walk around the bed and to open the luggage. It would be nice to have a drying rack to hang wet clothes, but maybe it’s available upon request. For two nights, it was perfect for us, for longer stays maybe consider a bigger room.

Location was perfect, just middle of everything with excellent beach and old town.
Maybe minor repair and good care would be needed. For example our TV was damaged 🤭
