Great place for your Côte d'Azur stay!

Perfect location, really close to the beach as well as places for grocery shopping and similar. The place was really tidy, well described in the add and had everything one could ask for in a flat for a vacation. If you like horse racing, make sure to check the programme for the Hippodrome! It is only 50 meters to the entrance of the beautiful Cote d'Azur-track! The best part of it all was the friendly contact with the people taking care of the place and the very lovely Mary who met us at the flat and gave us all the service needed!

Nothing to dislike...even the WiFi was top notch!

Very nice balcony, enjoyed the view. Apparment very well equipped. Enought space for 4 persons. The beach is nearby. The shop is nearby, very good location for reasonable price.

Superb

I stayed December 8/15 we had a lovely time the location was great.The apartment is very nice clean and had everything you need. The super market is just up the road if you want to get fresh food.The racecourse is just across the street from the apartment.It is close to the airport too

Great apartment and location, but poor communication with the Conciergerie

The concierge was a very nice lady, and the apartment was great! It was fun having dinner on the terrasse, and the beach was not far away. Parking was not expensive if you were gone for most of the day (it was free between 6PM and 9AM). Bonus: the lights in the bathroom are really cool!

It took way too long to get my security deposit back, they said it would be within 14 days but it took almost 3 weeks, and of course the exchange rate on that day was worse than the day I paid the 300 euro deposit. I kind of started freaking out that I would never get it back after 14 days of waiting, since I found it weird that they did not charge the same credit card that was used for payment as a pre-authorisation, rather than having to go on their website to actually PAY the deposit like you are buying something, and getting a refund after. I feel like I would never have gotten it back if I had not called them and emailed them (the refund arrived 3 days after my email). Communication with the Conciergerie was not very professional, and they did not communicate well with their own concierges (their employees that hand you the keys and the bedsheets when you arrive). The Conciergerie sent us an email on the day before leaving asking to answer the email with the time we were planning to leave, which we did, but our concierge never showed up to get the keys at the time we had planned to leave because she was expecting us to call her (on her private phone number, not the Conciergerie's, since communication between them was apparently impossible). She told us she was far from the apartment, so to just leave the keys inside and the door unlocked (which did not reassure me, who had just paid a 300 euro security deposit).

Pleasant

Beach is nearby and not too busy for kids

The person was late to meet us and let us in, despite communicating arrival time. She brought 3 bath towels for 4 people and no hand towels. The appartment didn't have toilet paper, and when I asked, she referred us to the shop saying that she was out of welcome packs. Not a biggy, but stayed 8 nights sharing the 3 bath towels between us 4 despite sending her gentle reminders on whatsapp. On the night check before check in she message to say she wants us out by 9.30am... Saying that she had to go here and there and the place is booked early!!! So I did wake my teenage girls up at 9 to be ready for check out. She don't turn up. I try calling at 11, she dont pick up and replied she's driving and to leave keys in the appartment.
