Lovely experience and well worth the cost

Jose was the property manager and was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfasts were very nicely prepared and sufficient. Walking distance was a lovely canal for leisurely walking with beautiful scenery.

Need taxi to go to the historical center or major restaurants.

My wife stayed two nights and she enjoyed the stay. The owner was very kind offering her sister who visited the place a cup of tea. The breakfast was very good. Room was very clean.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and I got good advice about where to shop and how to get to the bus station in the morning. my room was comfortable and quiet.

The water had to run a long time to get hot, not that the hotel can do much about it.

Such a wonderful surprise!

It was perfect, the room was very satisfying with a lovely clean hot shower, quiet in the morning, extra comfortable bed and to our surprise a beautiful free romantic breakfast on a terrace! All excellent, I will definitely go back, a very good deal!!

Jose, the owner is an excellent host of the highest class. He made sure I was accomidated in every way possible. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Very comfortable bed, clean shower, wonderful breakfast, and in general a very pleasent hotel.

The breakfast is generous - coffee, eggs, bread, fruit, and yogurt - well prepared and presented. But the best part of the place is the friendliness and helpfulness of the all the staff. I arrived exhausted from an arduous journey, and was grateful to Oscar, who helped me settle in, and continued to help with everything I needed. The owner, Jose, is a font of knowledge - and generously shares it. I needed a Mexican sim; he knew the place where the staff were most helpful, and were running a special offer. I needed a reliable and safe way to get to places when public transit wasn't an option; he walked me through installing the Didi App (which I had never heard of, though it is very popular in CDMX, and a number of other countries). Your questions will be different, but, whatever they are, ask Jose. He clearly loves helping his guests in every way, and someone willing and able to help you navigate unfamiliar territory can make all the difference to your stay.

The staff at Las Trojes are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the facilities, while not the newest, are clean.

The location is listed as Coyoacan but it is in Churubasco. It is in a good residential neighborhood, but not really close to facilities.

Me encantó el hospedaje. El personal es muy amable y atento, llegamos antes de lo previsto y acordado, y como seguían arreglando nuestra habitación nos permitieron esperar mientras nos preparaban un cafecito. Los desayunos estuvieron riquísimos.

Muy buena ubicación para quienes viajamos desde y hacia la central del Sur en Taxqueña

La limpieza de la ropa de cama, en algún momento me llegó un tufo de olor a pies… que no eran los míos! ☺️ Ah! y entra mucha luz de la lámpara de la calle, por el baño cerrando la puerta se resuelve, pero por el clóset da directo a la cama.

Muy amables. La zona no es muy agradable y el precio no lo justifica.

Jose es muy amable. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno es un poco básico (el café es instantáneo, el pan del primer día no se sentía fresco) aún cuando hicieron un buen esfuerzo para complacernos. Las camas y las almohadas son muy buenas y los que dormimos en la camas de abajo, dormimos muy bien.

El sitio es muy lejos de los lugares de interés. Aun cuando la zona es tranquila, la calle donde está ubicada la casa no es muy agradable. Las camas superiores de los camarotes se mueven un poco y nuestros hijos no durmieron muy bien. El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo. Creo que por ese precio pudimos haber conseguido algo mucho mejor más cerca del centro de Coyoacán. .
