Das Condo ist veraltet und schlecht gepflegt, leider.

Die Lage ist toll und die Anlage auch direkt am Meer.

Leider ist das Condo schlecht gepflegt (Diverse Defekte, rostig, teilweise alt) und spartanisch ausgestattet. Ich hatte für 3 Wochen gebucht und wir sind nach 3 Nächten wieder ausgezogen.

La maison C5 manque d'un peu d'amour, les meubles commence à briser et certains ne sont pas solides.

L'emplacement est idéal pour faire du sport, voir la mer , faire un tour sur la baie de Cabarete. C'est magnifique!

Par contre, ce n'est pas très accueillant pour les enfants. J'étais avec 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La maison n'est pas sécuritaire pour des jeunes enfants. On nous a demandé de baisser le sons des enfants durant le jour. Il y a eu un manque de communication entre les sécurités, ils ne voulaient pas laisser rentrer un de notre groupe, mais pour le reste les employés sont très gentils. Le prix est cher pour la qualité de la maison mais pour l'emplacement c'est super.

Die Lage ist für Kitesurfer und Wingfoiler hervorragend; der beste Platz in der Bucht von Cabarete. Für Familien, Paare, Wassersportbegeisterte bestens geeignet. Die Anlage besteht aus ca 10 schicken Reihenhäusern, die meisten von den Besitzern bewohnt. Deshalb ist es in der gesamten Anlage sehr gepflegt und mit nur netten Nachbarn umgeben. Alles in allem hervorragend. Jederzeit wieder... Lediglich der Zustand und die Ausstattung vom Haus ist einfach, dem Preis in jedem Falle angemessen und völlig in Ordnung. Es ist alles sauber und wird regelmässig gereiningt. Nur deshalb keine volle Punktzahl.

Location absolutely great - woul choose a different unit next time

The estate location is great, especially with kids. They loved the pool and the big lawn. We saw Sunrise every day and enjoyed the sun deck. The King bed is very comfortable. The people and staff are very friendly and nice.

The unit C5 is absolutely outdated. The place has not been renovated (apart from the bathroom) since it was built in the 80s . Weeds are growing in the front yard, the roof terrace has very limited furniture and is not a place to hang out. The 2nd bedroom (kids room) is not cost at all. There is everything in the kitchen that you need, but it’s all very unorganized.

Very comfortable, great property and staff .Right on beach . Kitchen has more than all necessary plates , Tupperware, pans , pots , containers etc

The location is outstanding. The property is beachfront. It is a short walk to the restaurants, yet far enough away to not be disturbed by noise at night. The staff that work at Nanny Estate are very kind and helpful. We loved our stay.

I would like to see additional outdoor furniture on the patio roof as it is a beautiful view from up top.

Excellent location for kite surfing. Villa was good and met all the basic needs. Was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Would come back again.

The fans on 1st floor are not effective and make noise. Needs to be replaced. Gas stove burners need to be cleaned, very low flame. Improve communication with host on maid service availability.
