It’s a wonderful property. Everything is spacious and absolutely immaculate. Parking is free on the premises. There is an elevator and the bus stop is directly outside the properties gate and there are direct buses to Venice. Communication with staff was easy and check-in was flexible.
You feel absolutely royal when staying here.

Non è il classico hotel con reception e servizi ma è veramente tranquillo e riservato. L’appartamento è grande ed è dotato di tutto il necessario (angolo cucina moderno incluso), il letto è comodissimo, la pulizia ottima e che dire… location stupenda.

Our accommodation was basically a small chapel adjacent to the main house. It is a beautiful space, all in marble, with cozy beds and a huge garden. Everything is within a 10-minute driving range.
Set-up is a bit weird; one of the rooms is on a high glass platform in the living room, so it's technically the same room. Nevertheless, it's an excellent design and beautiful solution.

Appartamento grande, confortevole e pulito. La cucina ben equipaggiata per 2 persone. Accoglienza per il check in rapida e cordiale. Posizione molto buona per visitare Venezia anche in treno da Mogliano veneto. Molto bella e di charme la villa. Consigliato.
