The atmosphere of the place is very calm and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the room we stayed in as it wasn't quite what we expected.
Additionally, the chalet is located quite far from Monte Verde and the road leading up to it was not very helpful either. The description does not make it clear that the road is very precarious.
One issue we faced during our stay was the lack of light in our room overnight, from 8PM until 4AM. We received no apology for the inconvenience.
