It has an 86" TV with Home Theater (a home cinema), televisions in the bedrooms with streaming access. Barbecue, pizza oven, large collection of board games, high-speed internet, fireplace, vegetable garden, electric heaters, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, bed linen, towels and many other amenities =)
Space
The master bedroom is a suite with a double bed, a balcony overlooking the backyard and mountains. It is equipped with a 32" TV with Apple TV offering access to various streaming services, an electric heater, a hairdryer, linens, pillows, and wardrobes.

For everyone's enjoyment, we have an extensive collection of board games (over 50 options) and books on various topics.
The house has 2 barbecue areas, with the main gourmet area equipped with a barbecue grill, pizza oven, and a ground fire pit next to it. We provide grills, barbecue utensils, and pizza oven equipment.
Our garden has a variety of fresh herbs, as well as greens and vegetables. If they're ready to eat, feel free to use them! =)
In addition to more than a dozen fruit trees, such as Pitanga, Lemon, Sicilian Lemon, Guava, Fig, Tangerine, Kumquat, Peach, Plum, Orange, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, etc.
One of the best locations in Monte Verde with incredible views of 2 of the main tourist attractions in the mountains, 700m from the avenue, but despite the incredible proximity, the house is located on a quiet, very tree-lined street with very easy access via two options - both direct accesses from the main avenue.
