Fabulous

The house was amizing and kids enjoyed stay there, very quiet and good place for family.

In evenings was very bad smell outside.. i guess because of closest farm. And we had to pay for water and electricity we used. It wasnt a big money, but i would like to know it before i book and pay for my holiday not at the day we arrived there.

Leider enttäuschende Urlaubserfahrung – nicht zu empfehlen

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war leider eine große Enttäuschung. -Das Schlafsofa musste täglich mühsam ein- und ausgeklappt werden, da kein richtiges Bett vorhanden war – sehr unangenehm und auf Dauer belastend. -Die Bettwäsche wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gewechselt. -Das Haus war nicht sauber– wir hatten mit Ameisen und Spinnen zu kämpfen. *Der Spielplatz für Kinder war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, teilweise sogar gefährlich, da viele Spielgeräte defekt waren. -Das Schwimmbad war extrem kalt, da es im Schatten lag, klein und alt – ebenfalls nicht einladend und für Kinder eher riskant. -Besonders unangenehm war, dass die Eigentümer rund um die Uhr auf dem Gelände waren und das Gefühl vermittelten, ständig beobachtet zu werden – man fühlte sich nicht frei, sondern eher wie in einem Gefängnis. Für den verlangten Preis war das Ganze in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. -Unter diesen Bedingungen ist dieses Ferienhaus aus unserer Sicht leider nicht einmal einen Stern wert.

Osieki to piękna miejscowość, a domki Kaktus są świetnym miejscem na wypoczynek.

Lokalizacja świetna, cicho i zielono. Piękny widok na łąki. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, super meble drewniane na tarasie i wewnątrz. Gospodarze przemili i uczynni. Polecam na krótsze i dłuższe pobyty. Duży plus za boisko do siatkówki :-)

Jedyna niedogodność dla nas to, że jedna z sypialni na piętrze była otwarta (antresolka), więc dla dwóch par może trochę mało prywatności. Ale dla rodzin z dziećmi domek idealny.

Dobre miejsce na wypady w okolicę

Jadąc tu trzeba pamiętać, że Osieki nie leżą nad morzem. I to bardzo dobrze bo miejscowość przez to nie jest nachalnie turystyczna a jednak w dobrej lokalizacji bo zaledwie 5 km od plaży. Domki sa świetną baza na wypady rowerowe (sporo ścieżek) pieszo już gorzej (nie ma ciekawych szlaków za wiele). Same domki fantastyczne, nowe, drewniane, dobrze wyposażone, z klimatyzacją która tez grzeje jeśli zrobi sie zimno. Na miejscu ulokowane sa tak że siedząc przed swoim domkiem nie narzucamy sie sąsiadom. Są tak rozsunięte że daja atmosferę intymności podczas przebywania przed.
