Przy dobrej pogodzie w porządku, ale czystość i wyposażenie wymagają poprawy
Dobra lokalizacja - spokojnie, ale relatywnie niedaleko (zarówno do miasta jak i do plaży).
Wyposażenie kuchni pozostawiało trochę do życzenia: w 4-osobowym domku mieliśmy dwie łyżeczki do herbaty, każdy element sztućców pochodził z innego zestawu - część pamiętała jeszcze chyba okres przemian ustrojowych. Wszędzie na ścianach są pozabijane komary - czasem z krwawymi plamami :(. Pod prysznicem, w którym wprawdzie można było się wykąpać bez klapek bo brodzik był czysty, mnóstwo czarnego grzyba w narożnikach. W domku brak jakichkolwiek krzeseł więc gdyby padało to jedzenie tylko na ławie z kanapy. Wszystko było na początku kiepsko domyte: stół na zewnątrz klejący, naczynia z nieprzyjemnymi zaciekami. Każda rzecz przed pierwszym umyciem wymagała czyszczenia. Pościel wprawdzie wyprana, ale aż pożółkła… Od ósmej rano dzieciaki piszczące na placu pod oknem… a po dwóch dniach upałów w domku piec - bez otwartych okien ani rusz (z drugiej strony, brak moskitier powodował, że człowiek nawet telefonu nie mógł podejrzeć po wejściu do domku i otwarciu okien bo komarów były setki znad pobliskiego jeziora).
