Great location, bright and clean apartment, Easy to access and very comfortable
No issues at all. Clear instructions for everything including directions to the property, Wifi codes etc... Great attention to detail!

This little loft apartment in the Jarvis building was a really pleasant stay. It is small but we were two people for 3 days and it suited us just fine. The bedroom is a loft, so it is open over the living room with a half wall. Again, this was not a problem for us as our night time rituals align pretty well. The bed was comfortable and the small bathroom next to the bedroom was sufficient. It was nice to have a half bathroom downstairs. There is a small kitchen but we didn't use it - instead taking advantage of the good restaurants in Durango. Check-in was easy once we realized that the lock boxes containing keys are in the small vestibule before you actually enter the building - they are to your back, so easily missed. Also, there is a reserved parking spot for the unit and that was very helpful. The star of the show here is, of course, the location. The Jarvis building is one block off of Main on Tenth, so it is extremely central to beautiful, Historic Downtown Durango.
