איזה מקום נדיר ומיוחד! מקום יפה, מתוחזק, נעים, מצויד היטב. בעלי בית נהדרים. מחיר הוגן. לא לוותר!

המטבח המאובזר במלואו, כולל צלחות, כוסות מכל הסוגים, סכום וכלי הגשה, בלנדר מוט, מכונת גלידה, תמי 4, מדיח כלים, מקרר, תנור ומיקרוגל, ניירות אפייה, נייר מגבת, מלח ופלפל. בדירה 3 חדרי שינה וסלון, חדר 1 ללא מזגן אבל יש מאוורר והמזגן מהסלון מקרר אותו, הפרטים הקטנים בדירה - קישוטים חמודים, כריות נוי, מצעים, מגבות בשפע, סבון, שמפו ומרכך בשפע, מכונת כביסה ומייבש, המון צעצועים לילדים וספרים לכל הגילאים.
בחדר אחד אין מזגן, אבל יש מאווררים וניתן להסתדר. לנו זה לא היה משנה, אבל הדירה היא בקומה השניה מעל הבית של הבעלים ויש גרם מדרגות לעלות. הארונות בחדרי השינה נעולים עם אזיקונים והיה לנו חסר מקום איחסון לבגדים. יש רק חדר אחד של שירותים ומקלחת ביחד כך שקצת מגביל מבחינת התארגנות, אבל לא נורא. בנוסף, הדלת בין חדר האמבטיה לחדר הכביסה הסמוך הוסרה ובחדר הכביסה היה חלון כך שהיתה קצת תחושה שאולי אין ממש פרטיות באמבטיה. כשהבתים למטה יאוכלסו נראה שיהיה צורך בתריס לחלון.

הדירה מקסימה. 3 חדרים , 7 מקומות שינה. המטבח מאובזר ונעים, באחד מחדרי השינה עריסה, בשני מגירת משחקים. הבעלים זמין, נעים ומנומס, אפשר לנו חניה בתוך החצר. הכל מסודר ונעים, עגלה עם מגבות ועוד כך שכל אחד לוקח מה שהוא רוצה. בסך הכל הדירה מזמינה וכיפית.
1. אחד מחדרי השינה ללא מזגן 2. שרותים אחד וגם הוא בתוך אותו חדר כמו האמבטיה. דבר שלא אפשר גמישות בהתארגנות.
