отличное расположение, пляж через дорогу , стоянка у дома, минимаркет в здании и есть ещё один недалеко от места проживания. очень приятная хозяйка, рекомендовала что и где находится. рекомендуем!
на кухне нет (хотябы разовых) ложек, вилок, тарелок, пришлось искать где купить. и немножко мешают голуби на балконе.

מקרר שאינו עובד(רק המקפיא עובד טוב) עם שאריות אוכל של אנשים אחרים, שערות בערימה שלא נאספו ליד המקרר, מנורות תלושות מהתקרה, מערכת גילוי אש אינה תקינה אין עם מי לדבר אחרי השעה 18:30 למרות שאמרו לנו שהשומר יעזור קיי חנייה חמורים לא בחניון הבניין ולא באזור, בליל שישי קשה עד בילתי אםשרי למצוא חנייה, הקומקום נדרש לניקוי שקע חשמל במטבח חשוף וכל החוטים בחוץ
